I met the Walrus.
This is a fantastic animation I saw via Swissmiss.
In 1969, a 14-year-old Beatle fanatic named Jerry Levitan, armed with a reel-to-reel tape deck, snuck into John Lennon’s hotel room in Toronto and convinced John to do an interview about peace. 38 years later, Jerry has produced a film about it, using the original interview recording as the soundtrack.
Beautifully combining drawing and digital illustration, John Lennon’s responses are cleverly animated in intricate detail.
Wonderful stuff! – Peas. Out!

Skip conversions
These are great.
Skip conversions is a project by Oliver Bishop-Young, (a recent graduate from Goldsmiths by the looks of it).
Ever wished you had a pool at your house? or a mini ramp? Well – look up skips in your local phone book and wish no more

Bunny hops are unlikely…
but who’d care!! These bikes are awesome.
In Queens, New York, a group of friends have started to fit their BMX bikes out with some serious sound systems!
MTV2 have made a short film about their story - Made in Queens - it gets shown as part of this years Edinburgh Film Festival.
Hopefully it will get a wider release so we can all find out about these inventive friends and their ridiculously brilliant contraptions.
